Race 4 Aid Country Director Receives Prestigious Award.

During the March 6th celebrations in the Tolon District, various development partners were recognized and awarded for their unwavering support towards the area's progress.

Imam Mohammed Mutawakil Abubakari, the Country Director of Race For Aid-Ghana, received a prestigious award in recognition and appreciation of his distinguished leadership, dedication, and selfless service in effectively coordinating and implementing humanitarian and educational projects within the Tolon District, funded by Dr. Abdulla Mohammed Abdulla Al Mehyas Al Ali.

The Tolon District Assembly and the District Education Directorate commended Imam Abubakari for his commitment and tireless efforts in project implementation.

His initiatives particularly focused on educational infrastructure development, teacher capacity building, the provision of teaching and learning resources, support for widows and orphans, and community development initiatives, which have made significant and lasting impacts on education and livelihood empowerment in the district.

Receiving the award, Imam Mohammed Mutawakil Abubakari, who also serves as the Adenta Municipal Chief Imam, expressed his excitement over the special recognition.

He pledged to continue collaborating with the benevolent organization to bring further support to district development, particularly in education and assistance for deprived communities.
